Our standard MOQ for both bulk cocoa beans and green coffee, High fat content cocoa beans Cameroon is typically one full 20-foot container (FCL), which ranges from 19.2 to 21 metric tons depending on the commodity and packaging configuration. What Quality Grades and Moisture Content do you guarantee?
We guarantee beans meet or exceed international standards. For cocoa, we specify Grade I or II with a maximum moisture content of <7.5%, confirmed by inspection. What Incoterms and Payment Terms do you accept for international orders?
Our preferred Incoterm is FOB (Free On Board) Douala. For payment, we accept secure methods tailored to the transaction size and established relationship:
1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): We require a standard 30% advance T/T upon signing the Proforma Invoice to secure the sourcing and production, with the 70% balance payable upon presentation of the final shipping documents (Bill of Lading, inspection certificate, etc.).
2. Letter of Credit (LC): A confirmed, irrevocable LC at sight is also accepted, especially for first-time large-volume orders.
